What Is a Script Supervisor?

A Script Supervisor - also known as a Continuity Coordinator (SS/CC) - is the liaison between the director and the editor during shooting.

The SS/CC is the head of a department of one, who works with the editor, director, producer, assistant director, production manager, and the entire crew to ensure that the film delivered to the editor can be edited with smooth continuity.
